Brandon and Allison’s Lexington Wedding

Brandon and Allison made creating beautiful Lexington wedding photos quite easy.  They are both good looking people and they chose to get married just as the daffodils were in full bloom.  I have been waiting for this opportunity for a long time. These flowers are so beautiful, but even more rare.  They blossom just once the year and only can be found for about a week or two.  I have long wanted to incorporate them into a couple’s wedding pictures but they have been so elusive up until this point.  I love so much about the above image.  As I’ve already made clear of course I love the flowers in both the foreground and the background, but I also like the little stream meandering through the trees behind them and most of all how romantic it looks with him holding his bride so that she can kick her feet out and show off her heels while kissing the man of her dreams.  Her elegant earrings, stylish dress and sophisticated hairstyle push this image over the top. Brandon and Allisony tied the knot at Crosswoods Baptist Church and their stylish reception was just outside of Lexington at Champion Trace Golf Club. What a day! It was warm, beautiful and everything went according to plan. Allison looked just stunning and Brandon was so happy. I loved how playful the bridesmaids were with their umbrellas and all the other little details Allison incorporated. She had a special hanger for her dress and the bridesmaid’s bouquets all had a unique charms on them.  At the reception the floating candles and submerged flowers in the centerpieces as well as her gorgeous wedding cake was not to be missed either! Days like this are exactly why I love my job as a Lexington wedding photographer!

Congratulations!! I love the picture of the bridal party jumping. Just. perfect.

These are amazing!!! The special hanger is such a neat idea. My favorite image is the one of them jumping… with the umbrellas and everything, it looks like something from Mary Poppins. Great job!
