Timmy & Lindsay’s Louisville Wedding at The Gillespie

.jpg)
Timmy and Lindsay just tied the knot! They were married at Fourth Ave United Methodist Church and everyone went to the wedding reception at the Gillespie. They are such a lively couple and they had some unique details that certainly kept me as a Louisville wedding photographer quite busy. Their wedding was a combination of elegance and just plain playfulness. The church building had some fabulous stained glass windows as well as old stone architecture. I love the image of the train of Lindsey’s dress taken on the front steps. The Gillespie is an old bank which has been converted into a fabulous wedding venue in downtown Louisville. Any wedding at the Gillespie is fun to document. Timmy really enjoyed taking pictures with the vault door and Lindsey love doing pictures with her bridesmaids and the old bank boardroom with its massive mirror and couch. Despite the icy chill outside the whole day was a fast-paced celebration and their wedding party was just as crazy as they were. Check out the choreographed dance they did to kick off the party. It was so much Fun! Congratulations and God bless you Timmy & Lindsay! After they received their images Lindsay said, “David did a fantastic job at our wedding. We were TOTALLY blown away!!!!!” I hope you enjoy these winter wedding photos at the Gillespie Louisville KY. All photos by David Blair Photography.
