Rachel and Justin’s Louisville Engagement Session

Here are some from Rachel and Justin’s Louisville Engagement Session at the Seelbach. As a Louisville wedding photographer I enjoy the variety of locations to shoot at available in our city. We made use the cityscape from across the river as well as trees, grass, bridges, waterfalls and then finally one of Louisville’s historic hotels, the Seelbach Hilton. Justin and Rachel were a breeze to photograph as they have a natural sense of style, playful personalities and most of all a clear love for one another. We were able to enjoy the last bits of fall colors as we made our way throughout the city for some comfortable portraits. Then it was time to get dressed up for engagement photos at the Seelbach Hotel. They clearly love the sophistication of Louisville’s oldest and most beautiful hotels, but they had trouble making up their minds so in the end they decided to hold their rehearsal dinner at the Seelbach and then have there wedding at the Brown Hotel. Wedding photographers in Louisville are honored anytime we get to shoot at either of these gorgeous hotels, but rarely do we get the opportunity to shoot at both for one wedding celebration. I thoroughly look forward to it. Justin and Rachel even enjoyed a bottle of champagne in anticipation of the wedding celebration to come.
