Louisville Engagement Session – Cardinal Football Stadium

This distinctly Louisville Engagement Session will make Cardinal fans everywhere happy. Steven and Samantha wanted to do their Engagement Session in Papa John’s Cardinal Football Stadium and I am so glad they did.  It was my first time shooting in the stadium and I absolutely love the images we were able to create. Samantha had been on the dance team at U of L and as they are both now alumni they are planing to have a whole U of L room. These are sure to make the wall!  Although they could have chosen to wear jerseys and such to show off how they are absolutely diehard fans I like that they chose to give these images a more classic and romantic look by simply wearing black.  In addition to getting some images that showed how they will always cheer for the Cards, they also wanted some photos with both the vibrantly colorful Fall leaves and some more urban looking ones with a bridge and the city behind them.  We finished the night with some silhouettes against a beautiful sunset.  Steven and Samantha are so fun to spend time with and their love for one another is so evident.  We had a great time.  Of course, I also have to mention the photogenic factor this couple has as well as Samantha’s excellent sense of style.  They made my job easy.  This was one of those Fall Engagement Session that remind me how much I love being a Louisville engagement photographer as well as a Louisville wedding photographer.
