I'm glad you stopped by. My name is David Blair and I am a Louisville Wedding Photographer. My goal as a wedding photographer is to provide brides and grooms throughout Kentucky, Indiana and anywhere worldwide with stunning photographic images and presentations. I strive to produce unique and artistic images that preserve the romance, emotions and overall vibe of weddings in an unobtrusive manner. I absolutely love my job and never get tired of shooting couples on their happiest day. Each wedding is a different and unique experience that pushes me to be even more creative.
I discovered I had an eye for photography when I was first handed a camera in high school. With yearbook providing the film, I was able to continually improve and hone my skill. I had found my niche. In college, I took a variety of photography classes which taught me the technical side of photography, and I then furthered my skill by attending photography conferences and workshops. Now after 12 years of photographing weddings, I love it more than ever.
Lindsay & Mark’s Wedding in Bardstown was a complete joy to document. As a Kentucky wedding photographer I love to get out of Louisville and provide Bardstown wedding photography. Lindsay & Mark are such a kind and thoughtful couple. I had the pleasure of documenting the rehearsal dinner the night before and I was reminded how much I enjoyed getting to know them during their engagement session last fall. The day started with Mark getting ready with his guys, which included a little bit of bourbon before they headed to the wedding. The beautiful old church in the rolling hills just outside of Bardstown made a beautiful setting for their marriage ceremony. After they tied the knot, we took pictures right outside the church building and then made our way down to Makers Mark Bourbon Distillery to add a little flavor to their Bardstown KY wedding photography. It was my first time there and I thoroughly enjoyed the setting with a beautiful little creek surrounded by spring blossoms, a quaint covered bridge and other unique buildings. That it was time to head to the heart of downtown Bardstown for the wedding reception. It seemed that all the guest were in a lively mood as the dance floor was full all night. At one point severe thunderstorms moved in and tornado sirens even went off, but the storm moved on quickly and the dance party jumped back into full swing. Congratulations to Mark and Lindsey and I hope everyone enjoys these Bardstown wedding photos. Feel free to leave a comment.
