Amanda and Jeff’s Louisville Engagement Session

If you’re looking for the best engagement photographers Louisville as to offer, look no further. For Amanda and Jeff’s Louisville engagement session we started out on the outskirts of town to get some rustic country images.  Next we went to a beautiful estate with a large rose garden in the heart of Louisville and lastly we crossed the river to get the cityscape as a backdrop.  I love that there is such variety in our area which makes it easy for me to get unique Louisville engagement photos every time I take a couple out to shoot.  Amanda and Jeff’ are clearly in love and it is so evident in these images.  Part of why I like to do engagement sessions in Louisville with everyone of my wedding clients is that it helps them to relax and get used to the idea being photographed in a photo journalistic fashion.  Some couples feel like they have to look at the photographer and smile in every image, but the truth is you can just be yourself, laugh, goof off and be affectionate.  Jeff does not naturally show a big grin when he is having a posed photo taken, but once he starts interacting with the love of his life he cannot keep it in. My job as the premier engagement photographers Louisville and wedding photographer is to see those moments and capture them.  You can see what I mean in these images.  Their love and emotion as well as personality and style come out in these comfortable portraits. Amanda and Jeff have been together for a long time, but are finally tying the knot this October.  They’ve chosen some of the city’s finest venues for their celebration. The ceremony will take place at the fabulous Cathedral of Assumption and then the reception will be held at the historic Brown Hotel on its 90th anniversary to the day.  I can’t wait!
