I love autumn in the Midwest. The weather is so delightful that everyone wants to be outside. As a wedding photographer in Madison Indiana, I have so many incredible locations to use for photos when the leaves start to change. Engagement photography in Madison Indiana is always beautiful, but even more so in the Fall. I love all the different colors in the trees and all the textures of leaves on the ground. Everywhere I look I see red, yellow, orange and even some subtle purple and pink. When the fall leaves are just right my schedule fills up quickly and I’m out photographing almost every day. Whether I’m shooting a portrait session in the historic riverfront town of Madison Indiana, a Lexington wedding, a Louisville engagement session or some other photo shoot in the countryside somewhere between, if it’s fall, it’s time for pictures, pictures, pictures. Here is yet another. I had a great time with Will and Kris for a comfortable autumn session along with their dogs Norman and Walter. We spent the afternoon meandering through Cherokee Park. We took some portraits in the woods and along paths. We created more images on bridges and of course we had to run and play with the dogs in an open field. Atop the appropriately named Dog Hill we had a view of all the different autumn colors in the distance. I also love the bright red and orange tree we did some comfortable portraits right next to. Will and Kris are a fun loving couple and I thoroughly enjoyed our time together. Norman and Walter were pretty awesome as well with their bow ties.
