Tony and Jamie’s Louisville Engagement Session

I loved Tony and Jamie’s Engagement Session.  We had so much fun together.  As a Louisville and Lexington wedding photographer I’m always glad when I get to shoot at new places. We started out in Anchorage on the property of a family member.  A residence always provides another way to give your engagement session a unique look. They were joking how it’s like having their own private park and the truth is that was an accurate description.  I loved the small creek flowing through the lush green vegetation.  They both were in such a fun and playful mood and our time together really got me excited about getting to shoot their wedding.  They love spending time together and that affection made for naturally beautiful images. Tony truly loves Jamie, but he had to admit how excited he was about also getting the car in some of the shots as well.  I enjoyed hearing about how they met and some of their story as well as learning more about her plans for the big day.  After an outfit change we found a beautiful patch of colorful flowers as well as trees in blossom to add even more color to the session.  We also found an old train bridge out in the country to shoot under as well as a waterfall, a walking bridge and more.  Lastly, we made our way across the river to shoot the Louisville skyline after dark. We ended our evening with dinner together and it just added to a great experience.  If you’re looking for a wedding photographer in Lexington or Louisville or interested in having engagement photos taken Contact David today.
