Spring is here and with it wedding season has begun. As a Louisville wedding photographer I have many weddings in the coming weeks. When I lived in Southern California nuptials were scattered all throughout the calendar, but when I moved to Kentucky I discovered the beauty of both Spring and Fall in this part of the country and completely understand why they now dominate my wedding schedule. so you can expect lots of new content coming to the blog soon. Today I invite you to take a look at some images from Amanda and Larry’s Wedding at the Grand in New Albany, Indiana. Amanda prepared to become a Mrs. on a comfortable Spring day. When I arrived the house was bustling with activity and it even took me a while wandering from room to room to even find the bride. Everyone was in a good mood. Occasionally brides will be nervous leading up to their vows, but Amanda was carefree and excited. She looked stunning in her dress and she made my job quite easy. When we arrived at the Grand, which had once been a theater, we found that everything looked great from the movie poster images of the Louisville engagement session hanging outside to the centerpieces and candy buffet within. With family and friends gathered around Larry and Amanda declared their love and commitment to one another. As you would expect the atmosphere was filled with joy and all the guests had a wonderful time. We finished the evening outside taking pictures with the lights of the Grand as our background. I enjoyed the day and was honored to have the opportunity to document it. Congratulations Amanda and Larry!
