Ali and Justin’s Wedding at the Seelbach & St. Louis Bertrand

undefined

On a crisp winter day at the end of last year Ali and Justin celebrated their marriage with a stylish wedding at the Seelbach. The ceremony took place at the beautiful St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church before the party headed downtown to the Seelbach Hotel for the reception. Ali’s excellent taste was evident throughout the entire day and made my job as a Louisville wedding photographer easy. She looked stunning in her dress and her jewelry accented the outfit with sophistication.  I always love doing wedding photos at the Seelbach Hotel because it looks so elegant and classy.  Without question it is one of the premier hotels in Louisville. The historic hotel has a long-standing history and was even the choice of Al Capone, the legendary gangster of the 1920s.  He frequented the Seelbach to play blackjack and poker.  Today there are no gangsters, but the look and feel of the hotel take you back in time. It is one of the best places for creating gorgeous Louisville wedding photography and it is obvious why Ali and Justin chose it. The flowers for the reception were certainly a tall order, but In Bloom Again certainly delivered.  Also, Kristina Haysley of the Seelbach did an amazing job of making the Medallion Ballroom look even more elegant than normal.  I had so much to work with and was glad to be a part of this fabulous Louisville wedding.  Making the whole experience even sweeter their special day has now been published as a Featured Wedding in Kentucky Bride Magazine. Congratulations Ali and Justin!
